Photoscape – Create a Fast Moving Car Effect

With a little imagination, and outside box thinking, it’s possible to achieve some complicated tricks.

In this video, I decided to try and see if I could make a stationary car look like its moving.  Remember this isn’t Photoshop, so the quality will never match that of a high end photo editor.

But that shouldn’t stop me (or you) from a challenge, right?

So first things first, the effects that are used in Photoscape are FILTER/DISTORTS/MOTION BLUR then later on each individual wheel FILTER/DISTORTS/SWIRL.

Pause the video if you need to catch up at anytime, and I also advise to watch it in HD if possible.
